| 설명 | 항암제로 사용되는 약물로 hydrazine계 약물이다. 이 약물의 투여로 DNA 및 RNA합성이 억제되고 따라서 단백질 합성도 억제되나 정확한 기전은 아직 알려져 있지 않다. mechlorethamine, vincristine(상품명: oncovin), 프레드시손의 병용투여(MOPP요법)로 호즈킨병에 매우 좋은 치료 효과를 나타낸다. 다른 항암제와 교차내성이 없으므로 흔히 병용요법으로 사용되며, 병용할 경우 허파의 소세포암종, 림프종, 골수종, 흑색종에 효과를 나타낸다. 백혈구 감소, 혈소판 감소, 오심, 구토 등의 독작용이 나타난다. |
