Polaroid A company who loaned their name to a type of camera and film that develops instantly. Polariod cameras allowed photographers to take a picture, and would eject a print of the photograph that had just been taken. The image appears after approximately a minute. No special chemicals or tools were needed to develop a polarioid print.
