| 설명 | 원인을 알 수 없는 자가면역병(자신의 세포를 항원으로 하여 항체를 형성하고 이로 인한 염증반응과 항원-항체반응을 주원인으로 하는 병: 정상적으로 자신에 대해서는 항체를 형성하지 않는다)으로 피부와 점막에 많은 물집을 생성한다. 특징적으로 Nikolsky증후(병터가 있는 피부를 손으로 밀면, 그 부위를 덮고 있는 피부가 벗겨진다)가 나타나며, 보다 정확한 진단은 면역형광법을 시행하므로서 가능하다. 성인에게 잘 발생하는데 대개 물집이 발생한 뒤, 저절로 소실되고, 병변이 있던 리에 색깔이 있는 반점을 형성한다. 심한 경우는 그 부위를 통한 감염이 자주 발생하기도 한다. 치료는 대증적 치료와 면역억제제(주로 corticosteroid)의 투여이다. |
