Nairovirus a genus of viruses of the family Bunyaviridae, containing at least 33 species in seven serogroups; it includes Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus and Nairobi sheep disease virus. The chief vectors are ticks of the genera Amblyomma and Hyalomma.
