| 설명 | 정신 분열병 치료에 사용하는 물질. 뷰치로페논계 항정신병제의 일종이며, 페노티아진계의 대표적 약물인 크롤프로마진보다도 강력한 항정신작용이 있다. 자율신경게에 미치는 영향은 적다. 부작용으로 혼수, 불안 등이 나타나기도 하는데, 특히 파킨슨증후군 환자는 부작용이 크게 나타날 수 있으므로 사용을 금한다. |
