설명   
  통계용어로 표본 평균치 분포의 표준편차를 나타내는 것이다. 표본 평균치가 모집단의 평균치 주위에 산재하는 것은 표본 크기와 모집단의 표준편차(σ)에 의해 지배된다. 표준오차(SD)는 이론적으로 σ/√N으로 나타낸다.
