trademark for reagent tablets containing copper sulfate, used to test for the presence of sugar reducing substances in the urine. Ten drops of water and 5 drops of urine are placed in a test tube. The tablet, which generates heat, is added and the solution is allowed to boil. After a few moments the color of the solution is compared to a color chart.
