  • Ca(2+) Mg(2+)-ATPase - »õâ An enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP and is activated by millimolar concentrations of either Ca(2+) or Mg(2+). Unlike CA(2+)-TRANSPORTING ATPASE it does not require the second divalent cation for its activity, and is not sensitive to orthovanadate. (Prog Biophys Mol Biol 1988;52(1):1). A subgroup of EC 3.6.1.3.
Synonyms : Adenosine Triphosphatase, Calcium, Magnesium, Adenosine Triphosphatase, Magnesium, Ca Mg-ATPase, Ca2+-Mg2+ ATPase, Calcium Magnesium Adenosine Triphosphatase, Mg2+-ATPase, Mg2+-Dependent ATPase, ATPase, Ca2+-Mg2+, ATPase, Mg2+-Dependent, Ca Mg ATPase
  • Ca(2+)-Calmodulin Dependent Protein Kinase - »õâ A calmodulin-dependent enzyme that catalyzes the phosphorylation of proteins. This enzyme is also sometimes dependent on calcium. A wide range of proteins can act as acceptor, including vimentin, synapsin, glycogen synthase, myosin light chains, and the microtubule-associated proteins. (From Enzyme Nomenclature, 1992, p277)
Synonyms : Calmodulin-Kinase, Calmodulin Dependent Protein Kinases, Calmodulin Kinase, Kinases, Calmodulin-Dependent Protein, Protein Kinases, Calmodulin-Dependent
  • CA-125 Antigen - »õâ Carbohydrate antigen most commonly seen in tumors of the ovary and occasionally seen in breast, kidney, and gastrointestinal tract tumors and normal tissue. CA 125 is clearly tumor-associated but not tumor-specific.
Synonyms : CA 125 Antigen, Antigen CA 125, Antigen, CA 125, Antigen, CA-125
  • CA-15-3 Antigen - »õâ Carbohydrate antigen elevated in patients with tumors of the breast, ovary, lung, and prostate as well as other disorders. The mucin is expressed normally by most glandular epithelia but shows particularly increased expression in the breast at lactation and in malignancy. It is thus an established serum marker for breast cancer.
Synonyms : CA 15-3 Antigen, CA 15.3 Antigen, Antigen CA 15 3, Antigen, CA 15-3, Antigen, CA 15.3, Antigen, CA-15-3, Antigen, Epithelial Membrane, CA 15 3 Antigen, CA-15-3, Antigen, Membrane Antigen, Epithelial, Mucin, Muc1, Mucin, Polymorphic Epithelial
  • CA-19-9 Antigen - »õâ Sialylated Lewis blood group carbohydrate antigen found in many adenocarcinomas of the digestive tract, especially pancreatic tumors.
Synonyms : CA 19-9 Antigen, CA 19.9 Antigen, Antigen CA 19 9, Antigen, CA 19-9, Antigen, CA 19.9, Antigen, CA-19-9, Antigen, Gastrointestinal Cancer, CA 19 9 Antigen, CA-19-9, Antigen, Cancer Antigen, Gastrointestinal
