| Brucella agar |
an agar medium containing pancreatic digest of casein, peptic digest of animal tissue, yeast autolysate, and glucose, for the culture and isolation of Brucella. It may be supplemented by the addition of sheep blood and vitamin K1 solution for the isolation of anaerobic bacteria.
