Asperger's syndrome Asperger's Syndrome is a complex brain dysfunction related to Autism. It is not a mild form of Autism. It is a disabling condition which may marginalize sufferers. Individuals with this syndrome usually have normal intelligence but have extremely poor social and communication skills. There is approximately a 45% overlap between Dyslexia and Asperger's Syndrome.
