  • Adiantum - »õâ A plant genus of the family Pteridaceae. Members contain TRITERPENES. Some species in this genus are called maidenhair fern which is also a common name occasionally used for Lygodium (FERNS) and POLYPODIUM.

  • Adie Syndrome - »õâ A syndrome characterized by a TONIC PUPIL that occurs in combination with decreased lower extremity reflexes. Pathologic features include degeneration of the ciliary ganglion and postganglionic parasympathetic fibers that innervate the pupillary constrictor muscle.
