| 설명 | 강한 태양의 직사광선을 오래 받아 일어나는 병. 한여름에 뙤약볕에 오래 서 있거나 행진, 노동을 하는 경우에 생긴다. 심한두통, 현기증이 나고 숨이 가쁘며 인사불성이 되어 졸도한다. 예방은 휴식 및 수분을 충분히 섭취하는 것이다. 치료는 얼음물이나 얼음주머니를 이용해 체온을 내리고 차고 서늘한 곳에서 안정을 취한다. |
