| 설명 | 폐활량을 측정하는 기계로서 폐기능검사중 가장 쉽게, 그리고 경제적으로 할 수 있는 기본적 방법이다. 폐활량계에 의해 1) 폐활량(vital capacity: 전체 폐가 호흡할 수 있는 용량) 및 정적 폐용적(static lung volume: 호흡하지 않고 가만히 있을 때를 가정한 폐용량)을 측정하고, 2) 일초간 노력성 호흡량(1초동안 최대한 내쉰 호기량) 등의 최대 노력성 호흡곡선을 얻을 수 있으며, 3) 최대 자발성 호흡량을 구할 수 있다. 이런 각 검사방법으로 폐질환이 폐쇄성인지 제한성인지를 구분할 수 있다. |
