| 설명 | 1. 근긴장항진의 상태. 또는 심부힘줄반사의 항진을 수반하는 정상 이상으로 증가된 근육의 긴장도. 2. 몸 따위가 굳어서 뻣뻣하게 됨. 의학적으로는 사후경직-제뇌경직 등의 용어가 있다. 근육, 특히 골격근이 지속적으로 수축하여 굳어진 상태이다. 강직(tetany)과는 활동전위가 나타나지 않는 점에서, 구축(contracture)과는 불가역적인 점에서 구별된다. |
