| 설명 | 임상적인 방법과 방사선학적 검사법으로 골반을 계측하는 방법. 이 검사를 시행하는 이유는 태아가 산모에게서 정상적인 질식분만(vaginal delivery: 질을 통해서 아이를 낳는 분만법)이 가능한가를 알아보기 위함이다. 정상적인 질식분만이 가능하기 위해서는 산모의 골반모양이 기형이 아니어야 하며, 골반의 반경이 태아의 가장 큰 머리반경보다 커야 한다. |
