| meatal stenosis |
A small urethral opening, termed meatal stenosis, may cause a deflected urinary stream, result in blood spotting in the underwear, or be associated with penile tip pain. A minor outpatient procedure to open the urethra at the penile tip (meatoplasty or meatotomy) is usually curative.
