| 설명 | 입안 또는 입을 통해 내뿜어지는 악취가 있는 불쾌한 냄새. 입냄새는 아침 일찍 일어날 때 일어나는 생리적 입냄새, 입안 의 상태, 전신병에 기인하는 입냄새와 실제로는 입냄새가 없음에도 불구하고 입냄새가 있다고 생각하는 자가입냄새 등 심인적 입냄새로 분류된다. 입냄새의 대부분은 입안에 유래되며, 침분비의 감소, 치태의 청소불량, 입안의 병(치아우식, 만성 잇몸병, 변연성 잇몸염, 구내염 등)이 원인이 된다. 원인물질은 휘발성 유화물질, 단백질 분해물질, 탄수화물 분해물질이다. |
