| 설명 | 시력이 정상인 눈. 눈은 수정체의 곡률을 변하게 하는 조절작용에 의하여 여러 가지 거리에 초점을 맞추는 것이 가능하다. 조절작용이 전혀 일어나지 않은 상태에서 평행광선이 정확히 망막 위의 시선의 중심점에 해당하는 점인 황반부중심와에 모이는 경우, 즉 무한한 원점에 초점이 맞는 눈을 정시안이라 한다. 이에 대해 정시안이 아닌 눈을 이상시안이라고 한다. 이상시안에는 근시안, 원시안, 난시안 등이 포함된다. |
