| 설명 | 갈고리촌충(Taenia solium)의 애벌레가 조직내에 기생하는 병으로 우리나라에서 조직검사를 통해 진단되는 가장 흔한 기생충병이다. 낭미충증은 갈고리촌충의 충란을 섭취한 후, 충란이 작은 창자에서 부화되어 장벽을 침범하며 혈류를 통해 애벌레가 인체조직내에서 기생한다. 따라서 인체가 일종의 중간숙주의 역할을 하는 감염 형태이다. 흔한 기생부위는 근육 피부밑조직 및 눈알, 드물게 척수에 기생하기도 한다. 조직에서 일종의 육아조직으로 구성된 낭을 형성한다. 뇌낭미충증의 침범부위는 수막, 백색질, 회색질, 뇌수조, 뇌실 등이다. 보통은 유구낭미충(Cysticercus cellulosae)의 형태를 취하나 공간이 넓은 부위에서는 낭이 포도송이처럼 보이는 포도낭미충(Cysticercus racemosus)의 형태를 취한다. |
