| 설명 | 맞거나 부딪쳐 생긴 상처. 피부 밑의 혈관이 터져 피부 밑조직에 출혈한 상태로 피부자체의 파열은 없다. 여러 가지 둔한 외력이 넓은 면에 가해졌을 때 생기는 상처로 충돌이나 추락 등에 의해 생긴다. 피부 밑의 피하조직-피하근막-근육 등의 조직에 널리 상처를 일으킨다. 환부에는 종창-동통-피하출혈 등을 볼 수 있고, 격통에 대해서는 필요하면 진통제를 쓰고 습포를 한다. 통증이 없어지면 온습포를 하고 부서진 조직의 흡수를 촉진시킨다. 사지 이외의 타박상에는 내장의 손상을 수반하며, 나중에 심각한 증상을 나타내는 경우도 있으므로, 신중한 검사를 필요로 한다. |
