| 설명 | 융모막이란 인간의 발생과정에서 태아를 싸고 있는 가장 바깥쪽의 영양막(trophoblast)으로 이루어진 막을 이르는 말이다. 발생초기에는 거의 전부가 발달되어 두꺼운 세포의 층을 이루지만 시간이 지나면서 이것의 대부분은 퇴화하여 하나의 막이 되고 태아와 가까운 일부분만 남아서 태반이 된다. 융모막암종란 이 융모막을 이루는 세포인 영양막의 악성변화로 인해서 생기는 암종을 말한다. |
