| 설명 | 1. 아래위 치열을 정상범위까지 분리시킬 수 없는 상태. 위턱 가운데 앞니 끝과 아래턱 가운데 앞니 끝 사이의 거리로서 표현한다. 개구정도에 따라 경도, 중등도, 고도 또는 1횡지, 2횡지, 3횡지 등으로 표현한다. 일반적으로 35~40mm 이상을 정상으로 하는 때가 많다. 원인에 따라 염증성, 반흔성, 관절성, 신경성, 근육성, 종양성, 외상성 등으로 분류된다. 2. 삼차신경의 운동장애, 특히 깨물근의 경련으로 입이 벌려지지 않는다. 파상풍의 초기 특징이다. |
