Electrodiagnostic study reveals abnormal spontaneous activities in bilateral
paraspinal muscles at L3-S1 leveals (postop wound area).
Peripheral nerves conduct normally in both motor and sensory necording from medial
gastrocnemius shows absent latency in bilateral lower extremities.
1.This study is follow-up study.
2.there is no definite electrophysiologic abnormality in this study.
3.Abnormalities in paraspinalis can be originated from previous(post-operative) muscle injury.
4.Clinical correlation is required.
