Gross Description
The specimen consists of 4 pieces of grayish-tan soft tissue measuring 0.4xO.3xO.2
cm of the largest one.
Summary of Section:
In toto in A.
Section shows intradermal nevus. The upper dermal nevus cel'i prol iferations with
scattered melanophages and melanin pigments but no cellatar-atypra are seen.
There is no other junctional activities.

Vulva, excision:

윗부분은 검체의 육안적 소견을 기술한 부분입니다. 회백색 연부조직이 4조각 주어졌고, 가장 큰 조각은 0.4 cm 이구요.
검체 크기가 작아서 A라고 번호 붙인 슬라이드 한 장에 모두 넣었다고 합니다.
중간부분은 현미경 소견을 설명한 부분입니다. 진피 윗부분에 모반 세포들이 증식해 있고, 세포질에 멜라닌 색소가 축적된 대식세포들과 멜라닌 색소 자체도 많이 보이지만 암을 의심할만한 세포 이형성은 보이지 않았다고 합니다. (양성 질환이라는 뜻입니다)
마지막부분은 최종 진단을 기술한 부분입니다. 외음부에서 절제한 조직이며 진단은 진피내모반입니다.
