honeycomb appearance가 간질성 폐질환의 말기 방사선소견이라고 되어 있던데
혹시 HRCT에는 honeycomb appearance라는 말을 쓰지 않나요~
그리고 제가 폐기종이랑 폐섬유화증 HRCT가 좀 헷갈려서 그러거든요.
사진이 명확한것은 구분이 가는데 애매한것은 좀 힘드네요..
honeycomb appearance이라는게 폐기종에는 쓰지않는 말이거 같은데..
어떻게 구분하는게 좀 나을까요..

the radiographic appearance of round lucent areas, usually under 1 cm in diameter, with a background of slightly increased lung density. The appearance is best appreciated on HRCT. It is the end-stage of many pulmonary disease processes.
Honeycomb lung is seen with fibrosing alveolitis, or idiopathic interstitial fibrosis. Other conditions which commonly cause this appearance are Langerhans cell histiocytosis, sarcoidosis, collagen vascular disease and honeycombing.
