간검사결과인데 전문영어로 되어있어요

간기능이 엄청 저하되어 검사를 받았는데
어떤 검사가 이루어졌나 무척 답답하고 궁금합니다

Prominent spleen(long axis size : about 11.2cm)
Liver parenchymal echogenicity is not remarkable.
Liver SOL or biliary dilatation is not seen
Focal liver hilar benign LN hyperplasia is seen, diameter 12mm.
Mild splenomegaly.
GB and extrahepatic bile duct are not remarkable.
Both kidneys are normal.
Normal pancreas.
No ascites.
Both adrenal glands are normal.

아무래도 현재 B형 간염에 감염된 것이 아닌지 합니다...(HBs-Ab이 있어서 좀 이상하긴 합니다만...)
그래서 Alk.phosphatase와 GGT가 높은 것으로 생각되구요...AST/ALT level도 높으리라 생각되구요...
이 글에 쓰여진 것에 대해서는 이것말고 다른 특이한 이상은 없지만 현재 비장(지라..)이 조금 커져있네요..이것또한 간기능이 저하되어서 그런거라고 생각되네요..
어쨋든 치료 잘받으시길 바랍니다.
아닌 것 같습니다. HBs-Ag Negative -> 대부분의 경우 positive이겠지요...
AST/ALT도 없는 결과로 판단하기가 어려울테고, alk-p, GGT의 상승 때문에 여러 가지를 의심할 수 있겠지만
lab 검사상 HBV나 HCV는 아닌것 같고
초음파상 liver malignancy, bile duct obstruction, cholangitis는 우선 rule out 되는 것 같기 때문에 제 생각에는 간내 질환일 가능성도 높고
위 내용으로 최근 한약/건강 식품/기타 약물 복용 hx, 술 복용 hx 등을 알수도 없고... 만약 억지로 의심되는 질환을 나열하라고 하면 위에 다른 분이 쓴 코멘트처럼 B형 간염이 아니라 alcholism/drug toxicity, metabolic liver disease, autoimmune hepatitis 등을 의심해볼 것 같습니다.
여기서 bilirubin 수치하고 jaundice 여부도 궁금하지만... 위 내용으로는 알 수 없을 것 같습니다.
